Well, you said it yourself, it's a "Practice" trace. That begs the question..why we'd want your practice trace as our wallpapers, and not a final version O_o. Well, I'll be looking to see if you update it in the future or not; A fully vectored wallpaper of WHR would be nice you know.

Indeed this wallpaper began as a "practice" trace. But as I was working on it I thought it would look nice as a sketchy looking vector. In fact I don't know how to give this feeling to a wallpaper but at least I tried to. And tht's the reason I submited it here. I know it is very minimalistic though...
As for a full vectored version... Maybe I upload one in the future...

Fallout boy sucks, there seems to be a general consensus here. They are good for about 10 seconds during the title song (This ain't a scene, it's a damned arms race) but then they blow it with the rest of the song other than the verse that the song was named after. Personally this wallpaper is way too dark for my tastes, and it's basically just a scan that has had black paint dumped all over it (originally they were in red outfits, with a bright blue sky in the background). But keep up the good work.

Thank you for your narrowminded and idiotic comment that has no consideration over what the wallmaker has felt about it.
I do hope that you do not enjoy the wallpaper, since it would have been a waste for trying to tell you to read up the FAQ and learn how to respect other's effort into "putting black paint all over a piece of paper and adding shit to the background"

And by the way, I hope you don't listen to rap, cause rap sucks, and so does every other thing that you might listen to, Thank you and have a nice day.

Are you positive this is from Ouran? The guy in the wallpaper doesn't look familiar at all, and I've seen the entire show. It doesn't look like any of the cast, nor the supporting cast. If anyone has any idea whom this is, be sure to comment and clue us in.

It is the darker version of this character Morizuka Takashi. I'm not sure about the name because I don't watch the anime.
