It's good to hear that you're still motivated to finish your wall. I was afraid that you ambitious plans for drawing and shading every brick was going to tire you out. Like I said, everything is looking pretty good, and very impressive.

My AP age is off by a few months. Dunno why, but since i'm turning 20 in September it isn't off by too much. I say maybe it's off by half a year or so? At any rate though, it's definitely something that's beginning to be on our minds. One day at work, my boss came up to me and started asking if I thought about marriage and all that. Freaky stuff when your boss asks questions like that to you lol. But I'm fairly close with my boss, so i don't think it's totally unexpected.

Hrm. I guess illustrator would be better, but I'm just so used to using photoshop and getting around its little problems that I'm kinda wary of switching. Probably the thing that would make vectoring easier would be a tablet, though I don't think i want to invest the money in one.

My expiration date is kinda smudged, and at the rate you people ask for collabs, walls, and other stuff, I don't think you need to pickle me just yet xD And worry not, with California weather, everything here lasts longer than usual.

I can feel the </3, and i guess that's not good for our health. I heard from the town council that huge amount of </3 can make us suffer, you know like global warming happens because people doesnt have enough < 3 for earth! o/ i sound like promoting something D: and i hate tomato sauce, or chili sauce. They tasted so bad that i want to throw them away from any restaurant D: just because I heard (when i was still a kid and i believed everything) they made it from rotten tomatoes xD and now i used to hate it because... i hate it :'D

It's not shiny! if it's shiny i won't be able to use it D: because I hate shiny things too (but i like glossy things xD) they hurt my eyes >_> yes yes i'll help you cus i'm a nice harmless and not-too-manly zompire(ami) o/ let's start with a name, then colours, then the paper than blablabla... I dont really remember when =/ i think it was in spring , probably march but i dont really know... he was somewhere near the usa border but i dont know where neither ^^' didnt really talked with him... and yes you should travel around europe someday becouse its beautiful =) i was fortunately in lots of countries here in europe thanks to my grandma, who is a very cool and she loves to travel and she brought me and my brother with herself since i was 8 :]
ohh they bought it for christmas for me too :D yes i have to wait till christmas or my name / birthday to get something expensive like that =]
a tablet is a cool thing :) but you must be able to draw on paper too to be able to use it =] since i attending to an art school where every week i must draw on two days for 6 hours long, its good for me =]

Ohh so you are from canada ? thats cool i wasnt there yet but one of my cousin's father was... but me hates cold and its cold there! :D it was cold for him too but he liked the country =] must be a great place =)
yes im hungarian and there is no euro here yet =] and im glad that we don't have to use it yet ... everything would be very expensive if we would have to =/

no way that i have that much money! :D my parents bought it and i am very greatful to them :] yes an slr is very good but only if you learn how to use it (and you are able to carry it around :D) :) i have a compact camera but thats cool for me since i wasnt even the one who bought it ^^' xD yes im in need of a tablet too =/ my old one is getting torned up, i pretty much overuse it recently :D

I think it all went well. I'm here typing. Though I'm starving. Not being able to eat real food sucks. Oh, and sorry for the huge time lag. My energy as of late has been VERY low.

It's fine, don't rush yourself. Once you finish the vectors (or show me the vectored characters) and show me the style, I'll start on the bg. I'm planning to try to make a different building than the one in the bg, so we'll see if i'm successful in doing so. Thus far though, i'm planning for the same basic layout for the wall, if that's allright with you.

My friend is the same age as me, though technically he isn't engaged yet, he's just thinking about it. There's a couple of my older friends (by like a year or two) that are already engaged, are living together, and are planning on marrying soon. But they're all in the minority, since almost every other people I know has no plans of even thinking about engagement to anyone lol.

I need to find someone who's used both illustrator and photoshop for vectoring, and ask them which is easier. Vectoring is taking so much of my walling time lately, especially since my walls tend to me nothing but vectors except for the skies.

I remember tama-neko. Thinking about the old days makes me want to make a 'anime walling retrospective', since walling has comes so far from the simple 'motion blur plus fancy abstract effect' bg style that was so popular back then. And my friend recently criticized me of being a hypocrite, since I said "vectoring is nothing but a bandwagon trend" when vectoring first started becoming popular xD

That aside, I do think I'm reaching the end of my walling lifespan. We'll see how busy my upcoming school year and classes are.

Yes and here in europe there is the european union which completely erases the borders ... when i crossed the austria-germany border, there was only a traffic sign that said that im in germany O.o so that makes it even easier =]
by the way where do you live ?

ohh and i want an old camera! well if its an SLR one :D i love those things ... all of my friends have at least one 30-40 years old camera which i think is cool xD my grandpa was a very good photographer he even had a labor where he developed his films but i dont know where is his camera :'( well nevermind its not like i would use it more than my new one, but i would defenitely try it out =]

We temporarily swapped world because I defeated her at poker. She's probably still busy fighting the monsters I left behind with her (not to mention I forced her to do my studies too) so I'm here doing the replies. She said she's very very sorry for disappearing on you for so long.

Don't call the police, she'll probably be back in a week or so. In the meantime, I wonder what should we do... I have this "Rule the world in 80 Days" book and it has lot's of interesting tips so I was thinking, umm would you like to come along? Or maybe we can play poker with my villain friends. Cheating is allowed ;) Or shall we try out that potion kit you have there?

And while we're at it, I was hoping you can take me on a tour on the neighborhood. It's been pretty long since I've been here and I can't seem to find the location of the weapon shop :(

Well yeah ... looks like the smallest thumbnail finally changed but for the bigger one we will have to wait =/ glad you like the update anyway =]

well here there is a habit of going shopping in the neightbour countries becouse you can get what you want way cheaper there, but it's only beneficial if you are close to the border ... tho we never went out shopping to romania for exemple but a lot of people went from this city =]
its not like they are changing the age limit its just that i dont know whats the age limit :D its good you have your learner's permit! :] good luck on the road :D

well speed is nothing if the outcome doesnt rock :) and uhh the untouched psd-s ... my wallpapers directory (along with my other deviantart designs) is 28 gigabyte big O_o plus i have lots of photos which is another 20 gigabytes :D thats what you get if you have a 8 megapixels camera i guess :'D

( I watched Shuffle! recently, so somehow fixed to my mind).
Submitting near final versions? Rarely. I submit in "undercover" - sending via la mail or PM to AP friends and asking for opinions.
Is a better way to get tips, as to wait for somebody in SZ. My main style is vectoring so I mainly ask opinions for BGs which are my "weak point".
Thats why I try to search scans comming already with a background.
Rather I vector 1500 layers, as a killing myself with a single background XD.

Hi Asa-senpai. (kinda reminds me Shuffle!) :3
For the flower contest I choosed this one, but not sure if I do. Not only the difficulty level (vector the castle is some real pain) but also other projects, which I like better.

Cause I always ends up with walling what I must - for some contest (Stalker,FMN)
and not with walls, which I would like to do.

Btw, my desktop changes automatically, I use Webshots Desktop for it. And wanna make at least a 5000 walls collection. My fav wall is Loneliness from Warrior.
And of course every wall from my fav series or with my fav characters.
