What kinda info are you looking for? If you want some hints and tutorials on CSS, check out this link: Xenohawk's Userpage Customization Tutorials. Hope that helps.

Btw, don't worry too much about changing your layout right now since once AP v4 comes out this month, all the codes will be different and current userpage layouts will be deleted. Just thought I'd give you a heads-up in case ou didn't know ;P

I'm not really good with ideas. you can make the bg black and smoking like, or make it light and soft feeling, or some patterns, or water with trees. i dunno how the wallpaper really looks like so yea. that's all i can think about. hope it brings an idea to u. I'm just making things up from the top of my head. :)
