I just wanted to answer your question from the shoutbox cause it seems that my internet connection is not very stable today.

I've seen both movies: Dune and Children of Dune.
You really should watch Dune first cause there are some things in Children of Dune you might not understand. Children of Dune is mainly a sequel to Dune and the story of the original Dune continues.
