Mi spiace per lei, è lo stesso problema che hanno molti altri utenti
in tutto il mondo...
Potrebbe provare ad effettuare la registrazione al sito da un altro pc.
E' l'unico modo "facile" che mi viene in mente...

E' consentito avere un solo account per IP.
Gli utenti che usano più account dallo stesso computer vengono bannati.

Sei sicura che la tua amica non abbia già un altro account?
Magari qualcun altro che nella sua famiglia usa il pc si è
già registrato su AP...
