Lol, um, that's a complicated question ^_^' You'll need a graphics program, like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. Then, you can check out some tutorials on various sites (Google "Photoshop (or PaintShop) Tutorials"). You can also use brushes and whatnot (also available at deviantART and many other sites). Some good sites are IM, Ningen's, EDD and Good-tutorials.
