Alright, I'll take pity on the newb...Opps! Sorry! I kid, I kid.
First of all, if you just want to make wallpapers, I would suggest that you buy photoshop. That's a program where you can edit images. After that, I cannot help you, because I have never made a wallpaper in my life. :D

Okay! To get yourself introduced and accquainted with the rules, go to this LINK: FORUMS!Then, you click the link that says "Welcome/Introductions." But make sure to read the sticky that's posted. You'll get a laugh out of it. xD

Then you proceed on making a new thread by clicking, you guessed it!, the Make New Thread button. I highly suggest also that you read the faq. Which is also on your right hand side boxes when you click HOME on the tabs on top of the page. Here's the link if you are too lazy to though: FAQ. From there, you can find all your questions answered, and what you need to make your wallpaper be qualified! There's also the spiffy Session Zero, which is also included in the FAQ. So have fun reading, new member!
