Introductions

Greetings! I know this is a long intro, but it's better than a simple 'Hello there'! :P You don't have to read it all, hehe. :P But if you do, thank you!

All right, hehe. I am lazy at the moment of introducing myself, but let's give it a try! :P

My name is Jessica, but everybody calls me Arwym Starlight. Not Arwin, not Arwen, and not Arwyn. XD People is used to confuse my name.

I am Puerto Rican, and I am a graphic arts student, first year. With that you'll understand that my English is not perfect, but I have to admit I've seen worse writers out there. >.>I am a fan of role-playing (not precisely graphical or visual games, but text-based ones), fantasy, cuteness and art.

I am not sure if I am worthy of being called artist, but I attempt to improve my skills every time. My favorite style is manga, but I try to experiment with different styles. I write, draw, and design a bit. I am also a web designer (as a hobby), forum admin, and game developer-wannabe. I just started to enjoy the wallpaper madness. I mean, I always loved anime wallies, but never tried to make my own. I am getting addicted to Vector Art as well, hehe! >.<

I had joined Minitokyo months ago, and submitted a wallpaper. It was deleted. So recently, I tried again. My wallpapers kept getting deleted. I am new to this... And I forgot about the place called 'Sandbox', where to get feedback on wallpapers you would probably get deleted right away. Just like that Zero area in here. So today, I was looking at some wallpapers, and in one of these wallpapers' description, I found a link to Animepaper. I found this place rather interesting, and looked even better than Minitokyo. So here I am! I am enjoying the place to this date... Yet I have to submit something. The problem is... What? I'll start reading tuts and guides on making good wallpapers before adding anything to the gallery. I know Animepaper has its own rules and policies. I read them all, and will try to apply them to my work, always.

I can be really nice when I trust, but also shy when I don't. I am a bit shy right now, for this is my first forum post in the community.

If you wonder why the 'RPG Mistress' in my custom title, I repeat that I am a role-playing freak. I am in love with this hobby. I love storytelling. I love fantasy, for to me, it is the most wonderful genre ever.
