Introductions

I guess I'm a little late to the party but I finally broke down and got my house wired for internet this week. Okay, so I'm WAAAAY late, my apologies. Maybe this World Wide Web thing might be more than just a fad, huh.

Oh, intro section, right. My name is Lorrell and I think your site is great. I got the anime bug a few years back and I just couldn't shake it. It's a much better alternative to karaoke. No travel required, and there's lots less drinking, fighting, and police invovement.

I guess you could say I traded in one Japanese import for another.

I'm a much better singer than a photoshopper so I don't know how much I'll be able to contribute at first, but I guess a little practice never hurt anyone. Besides, I don't think I can take another drunken revision of the Dixie Chick's "Goodbye Earl" without throwing up on my shoes.

About myself, well, I blew through most of my introductory allotment on Ikki Tousen wallpapers. Yes, ladies, I'm a pig (just for the record though, all of us guys are pigs, even the well-behaved ones.) I sure don't watch the show for the Chinese Three Kingdoms history lesson. That would be like reading Playboy for the articles.

In truth I'm a momma's boy. Nothing wrong with that, is there?

Anyway, It's MY brave new world and I'll step into it however I please. I look forward to meeting all of you anime fans out there. It should be fun.
