Anime and Manga

I was only hoping that Edward and Alphonse stay in the world that they belong to (with Winry). However my hopes were shattered and I got over it. I personally think the ending wasn't that bad.

Well I think they did a good job ending the series. If they wanted to continue the series then i'm guessin they would have to used new main characters.

I'd say make a new season if they can keep it filler free or make an ova series. I loved Fullmetal Alchemist and as long as the characters are well developed and the cgi is good, then the series will work out.

It is was it is. I didn't like the ending either. As a matter of fact, it ruined the series for me when the 2nd world became such an essential part of the end since it threw out everything else that happened in the show.

The episode where Hughes died almost brought me to tears.

The ending really bothered me too. I was like "huh? o.o" about the ending. I haven't seen the movie yet, so i can't really say anything about that. I was kinda shocked about how unpredictable the show was. It kept you on your toes the hole time, and you really couldn't guess what was coming (at least for the most part). And when Hughes died, i shed a few tears :'(

I did cry When Hughes died, it was sooo OmG!!! How?? Why??? No Way!!!! When I saw the ending this was my face...O_O!!!! FTW??? WTH??? Where in the world is Edward????he disappeared??? And I staid like that for hours...O_O!!! Then I saw the episode again and then I was in shock again O_OU!!!! Where did Edward go????Did he really died? Until I finally decided to watch the movie...The movie was far away from what I expected but....I cant complain it did give a ending to the anime which doesnt happens with many anime's...And this is good because the anime followed all the sense/meaning of the story. Even though I would like another ending though. I think I would like Edward and Alphonse to stay with Winy, Mustang and the others since is was the most expected.... I though Maria Ross was like going to take the roll of mother for Edward and Alphonse. Anyway for me FMA is the best!!!! it's way cool. I love this anime...First anime that makes me hate some characters, cry for others...I really understood all the feelings each character had.

until the end full metal alchemist was really great, then the ending ruined it, and I thought there couldn't be worst ending. then I watched the movie and Isaw there is woest ending, the movie's. at the end of the anime (not the movie) there was at least hope that ed will come back to the normal world (with alchemy). I still like this anime a lot, but I deny the movie.

When i watched FMA I was in deep shock. I was shocked because someone could do such a great anime with so many episodes (ussually when something is long it sucks). While I was watching it i couldn't get away. After watching the movie i was still amused and i even liked booth of the endings. It was very subjective because i was like hypnotized but after i read some posts (also this topic) i rated the anding more objective and i really think it sucks. I have same problem as with other great animes with unsatisfying endings, i'm begging for more. Why don't they do something. But when you think about it couldn't be that great. Alphonse and edward are in this shitty world without alchemy so it would be boring to watch it, going back to their world would be nonsense because they have already used their only chance and finding another would too much, If the main character was someone in the "FMA" world (not edward and alphonse) noone would watch it. So personally i think it's pointless.

the anime is very kawaiii ...but the manga it's really wonderfull...also in italy the voice of actors aree not very good.. -_-'

this anime is great from start to end, in my opinion :P

I especially like the episode: Flame vs Fullmetal, or the other way around

the series was grate the enging was grate and the movie who continue the ending of the series was grate the only thing that was kinda SAD that they left winri along...again :(

I would have to say the ending of the anime sucked, but I did like the ending of the movie, it makes it a bit better, because Al and Ed are back together, i don't care whether they have alchemy or not it's just that the brothers are back together again and that's why.

To tell you the truth, I thought FMA was good but not like some other people who like deeply worship it. I wish they hadnt made the movie, I would have prefered just leaving it off the with the series.I still dont see why FMA is so good, But w.e. ..Plz dont flame :)

The ending left me wanting more too, it was a really well done series that kept me watching, but like with most anime it ended without satisfying my hunger. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT??? I agree a new series would be good as long as it kept up the pace and high quality of the original.

Freaking Ownage Anime, it kicks soo much butt that you wouldn't believe how many it kicked.

I saw the dub and it was one of the dubs that was actually GOOD (unlike Love Hina, may the creator of that game RIP because I'm sure he's been horribly massacred)
