as for the wallpaper you can create anything that you want, since this is the first competetion so you have the option of designing it.
moreover try to upload it either here or in the session zero, the wallpaper will not be of less than 1024x768, plus the date is next month april-20. hope that is enough.
when the wallpaper's are completely ready for uploading try to upload it with your group name "CARD CAPTOR SAKURA"

it means that you can start making the wallpaper when ever you may want, but the deadline is 20-mar so you can submit it by then, and yes the category is limited to ccs, since this group is of ccs, i believe it would be right in one way, i have already given you the option that you can create anything you want in the wallpaper, choose any character you want, etc..

^_^; it is kinda hard to keep up interest in a group for an anime for some reason, but the CCS group is actually doing not so bad at it as far as I can tell, comparatively at least ^^' (*sigh* u_u I wish they'd give out papers for participating in groups, that might help things a lot...)
