I've introduced myself in the appropriate section of the forum, and included a few questions in my post. Saka4Rob10 was kind enough to respond, and suggested that I repost said questions here, where they're more likely to be answered by someone directly involved with the site's upkeep. Or at least someone who can give me some definitive answers...
Firstly, I've reviewed the requirements and rules related to scan and wall submissions, but was unable to locate any information regarding spoiler content. I know that many of series included on this site are ongoing in U.S. markets (such as those featured on Carton Network's Toonami). Also, many manga series available is the U.S. and Europe are an issue or more behind the Japanese release, and fans with access to Japanese or French copies of manga may "know" more than individuals who rely on Tokyopop or Viz for their manga. (Examples like DeathNote and the manga version of Fruits Basket come to mind.) So, all that said, what is AnimePaper's policy on scans/walls containing spoiler content? Is some sort of warning required, or considered good etiquette, and how exactly might one go about protecting fans who don't want to stumble across content that could ruin a series's end?
Second, as far as scan submissions go, are black-and-white scans acceptable? I've seen many beautiful color images from artbooks and manga covers, but what about pages from manga that have merit and potential for use in wallpapers? So long as they meet usual scan requirements, are they acceptable?
Third and finally, are screen-captures acceptable for submission in the "scans" section? Specifically, high-quality captures from series, without the interference of network logos or subtitles? Where, if anywhere, may one share these with fellow fans and wall-makers?
Thank you, to anyone who can offer me some answers. I'd like to abide by the website's policies, and it would help to know precisely what they are as far as these issues go.

Okay, I'm not sure about all these so dont quote me on it. I'm somewhat taking guesses.
1) Spoilers... I dont think it matters if the wallpapers contains some sort of spoiler... but in your description You could say something like *wall cointains spoilers* or something, although they would have already looked at the wall. But if the wall fit the requirments and everything, I'm assuming they would accept it.
2) I'm not sure. I think that the wallers would be able to fill the in colors if they liked the picture enough. Not sure once again...
3) Once again, not sure But if they are high quality and look good, as in good enough to make a wall of it, It will(well, is probably going to) be accepted.
Not sure on them.. Someone who runs this site or someone of the sort will proably respond... Good Luck!

1) There's no policy on spoilers, cos it's not really a problem. If you do feel it is a significant problem in a wall you create then feel free to warn people of spoilers in the description.
However, in all honesty, it's not generally considered a problem, since walls are basically a single images which, if they contain text, it often doesn't go far beyond the series title or some random "cool words". And when you look at the plethora of walls that depict things not directly related to the content of a particular storyline, the presence of a spoliers often doesn't even register - you have to get to that point to appreciate it was a spoiler, so it's not really a spoiler, if you see what I mean.
It's like if you did an eva wall with one of the charas in a sea of blood and the word "death" on it. Is it a spoiler, or just an abstract piece of artwork the waller came up with based on the mood of the show, or even the exact opposite of the mood of the show? You wouldn't really know unless you watched it, so it's not really a proper spoiler.
In terms of the descriptions you write, however, it is quite easy to spoil stuff, so feel free to use the spoiler tag to hide anything that's a bit dodgy.
2) Yes, feel free to upload b&w manga scans - there's plenty in the gallery already :). They obviously still need to conform to the usual rules, though.
3) A scren-cap by it's very definition cannot be sufficiently high-res in order to pass gallery requirements. Scans must be 1200 pixels high with a chara image at least 1175 pixels high. They must also be of high quality.
Anime, like all tv, is only broadcast at around 500-600 lines (I forget what native tv res is exactly equivalent to, but it's way lower than the limit) and hence cannot possibly meet the quality requirements as a cap will only therefore be 500-600 pixels high. Similarly, if you artificially enlarge your on-screen display and take a capture, the already poor quality of the tv image will just be magnified, showing up any flaws and causing things like artifacting, etc.
The only way these would be acceptable is if you vectored the chara and enlarged them - there is a section in the guide covering vectors. (Well, there is another way - if you had the cell, or the cell was re-created in an artbook or something, a scan of that would obviously be acceptable.)
