Hi, I'm new here and still a little lost, I've read the forum FAQ and stickys topics, but some things still bug me.
I'm a little confused as to why some topics are locked. For example, this topic: http://www.animepaper.net/forums/MangaPaper/55905 .. I'm sure there must be a good reason why, but maybe the Admin can post a message with the reason before locking a topic, so we can learn from it and will not commit the same mistake again?
This is just my suggestion, no offense intended to the current system.

Thread is of a "what is your favourite" form and not exactly encouraging conversation. You might want to take another look at the FAQ as this is discussed.
