I got this message

"-Scan already submitted to the Gallery by another user.

Specifically:

http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/approve/item240257/

You have been deducted 100 papers for this rejection, please follow the AP guide to avoid future rejections!"

even though I did not submit this scan at all.

Given the bot is responsible for sending messages only no. There is nothing wrong with the bot. A staff member may have however provided an incorrect link as part of the message you have received. Check that any scans you've submitted are not already present in the gallery.

    So are you going to do anything about this 100 papers that I've been deducted for a scan that I did not submit at all?
