Okey, I heard this one a while ago and it made a big impresion on me (sorry for the bad translation, hope you still get the point): "They say hope dies the last. That's not true. Last dies the human, still having a hope to live"

Actually, I would say that hope is a feeling, an emotion. witch comes in many different forms, depending on a person. So if a person dies, the form of hope he had will die (disapear as you said, but it's just a form of spech, having the same meaning). But it's not this sentence that had mr thinking, it's something that lies beneath it. The eternal strugling of a person, who does not wan't to die\disapear. Well, it's just a deep thought when you go under the surface.

"no matter how many times you fall, keep trying..." the thing i kept in my mind.. dont think there is a negative way of looking on it ( maybe when you fall you get hurt ? -.- )

Actualy, I'm quit suicidal, so life doesn't mean that much to me in general. Why eternal? Because I was talking about humankind and not a single person, sorry if I didn't make that clear (my english is way to bad ... >.<), and people are greedy for life, as you've put it. Not to be forgotten, not to be alone, not to die... That is what most individuals wan't, what the mass of people want. In a way that is a good thing, if aproched corectly, on the other side... Well, bad things happen if you don't know your limits.

you can't go wrong with that one because we all know it's true. people panic if they think they're gonna die a virgin, but then you remind them that they've been screwed by life and that no one can die a virgin ((it's SO funny if you think about saying that to someone who's trying to get laid in the last few minutes of their meanningless life))

That's actualy a very cruel thing to say, although it IS true. But hey, if life is screwing you (and NOT good enough to bring you plesure), then you just screw life.

Oh I'll remember that, it's quit good, but I need to think about it for a while, you know, to really get the meaning . So if I say, that I'm a non-believer, is that also a believe I hold on to?

if your alive then your not struggling through life, you only believe you are, gettin up the next day is your own decision whether u can be bothered or not, if u need motivation then there's nothing wrong with asking someone for help^^

Now that I really thought about it, something like that ("if your alive then your not struggling through life, you only believe you are")can be said by a person who has a realitiv comfortable life. It's not an insult, not even meant to be one, it's just that... Life can trough a lot of ****at you and if you don't want to go with the flow, you have to fight at every step just to make it till tomorow.

Hey...i have some really good ones here....or at least I thought that they were good... -Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. -What lies behind and before us are tiny matters to what lies within us. -Be your own hero. That last one is my own. I figure that if you're going to spend your life looking up to someone, then you're wasting that life you have to just be yourself. ..By the way...I didn't mean "idolize yourself" by that. I just meant that I think people should just try to be themselves, for what it's worth.
