I believe that God is real. I've tried to look at the creation of the world from an atheist view, but I can't see it being made by the big bang, or etc. The world just seems too complex for that.

Of curse He exists. But for some people, is unacceptable the idea of God. But this is no reason to make confusion. If you look in Ef 2:8 you see that faith is not one thing come from us, but one gift from God. And if you look to Rm 10:16-17. Th faith come with hear. So, dont give up! You have one chance!! xD

I definetely agree with all of you. i believe that God exist...everything in this world is sooo complex and if it was changed slightly the whole world would fall apart. each thing on this earth seems to have been created for curtain purposes...in a perfect plan almost.

This is a controversial subject. I think everyone has a different view on God. Someone will have a belief of him, and now watching is over us above. Though other people don't (agnostic people, for example.)

I believe there is God because that is how I was raised. I went to a catholic school since fourth grade, and religion has made an impact in my life. It has taught me life long lessons and such. I know most people won't agree that there is a God, but yes, I do believe.

One correction:

He isnt the "Master of the wolrd". He is the creator yes, and He control everything second His will and His word ( Hb 1:3). But he isnt the leader of this corrupted world. See this: Ef 2:2. In here, we see that God not rules the word, but Satan do. He is the prince of air power and his spirit acts in who isnt save (children of disobedience). Because of that, we cant make that affirmation "God is the master of world".

Yes well there aren't times when i don't question aspects of the beliefs that i was brought up with, but there is NO denying (for me at least) that there is GOD but the problem i have with this whole thing is placing where he is and what role he has in my everyday life, as-if all life on this planet was created out of a BANG!, have you ever seen something unexplainable come from an explosion?? it's just rubble and left overs of something that once was, so i must say that i only believe in what i can see with my eyes, and with my eyes i believe that when i wake up everyday i see GOD in all things, purely because everything it too organised and way to perfect to be an accident, i mean .. i'm breathing right now, far out!! i still can't get over that!!

If god exist thats the same quistion i keep asking myself everyday. There might be a god bt i am not sure because there is no evidence he exist and if there is a god who is a god bside jesus. I also have another quistion how did he become a god and how is it that there is so much power that only one person can have. Its very hard to say this is more of what you believe in.

I agree with you! I think that it is impossible for the universe to create itself with such complexity and so on... Everytime I look up to the sky or to nature in general, I can't help myself from admiring the complexity and the beauty of all what surrounds us!!! Not only what surrounds us actually!!! If we look at ourselves also!!! I mean the entity who created such a complex system of cells and gived it a soul and a brain to think and argue is just above us and above the power of the whole Humaity added together!!! The fact that we are given a brain is a proof of the existence of a higher entity who wants our benefit, since it allows us to think and to be able to go deeper in thinking and reasonning to find our real nature and goal in life!!! I believe that only God is able to do all these things... and yet what I have cited is not an exhaustive list!! There are still so many things that prove that a God is present in the universe!!

I'm not sure. I believe what can be proven. I can not believe in something that has never had any proof of existence. I would definitely not take the word of men that thought the world was flat and the sun revolved around the earth to be the undeniable truth. =_=

I am not religious at all... But if I were a believer, i could find many moments when "god" had proven his existence. It depends on your choice - to believe or not..

I feel that you have to have faith in something in order to survive in this world that we all live in. There's no hard evidence that proves He exists but that's why it says for you to have faith. If you don't have faith in this world.. what do you have to live for? Faith gives people the drive to succeed, whether its for himself, his family/friends, children, or his belief in God.

I don't know if God is like the one mentioned in the Bible, but I know I believe in a Creator. Why do I believe? Simple: there's no way in hell all of this just happened.

Umm, I would want to offend but seriously, saying that evolution is fake is simply insane novadays. I don't know about your country or age but at least in Finnish upper secondary school the evidences of evolution are taught to everyone and those are something really hard to annul.

And about my opinion on god's existence: Well, it might be possible that there is some kind of "god" constantly inspecting us so that we don't know or our whole universe is inside a glass bowl and we are someone's experiment but I still think it's just senseless playing hide and seek with some almighty being of ones imagination.

Also, many people here argued god's existence with the fact that world is too complex to work without someone having designed it. I don't really see what's the problem with complexity. Our world has formed to what it is because of what the physical laws are. If they would be different, universe and life would be different. We are the way we are and sense the world the way we do because of what it is and what is has made us.

I love how the complexity of the universe surrounding us can be explained by the existance of an all-knowing, all-powerful male being. In a few major religions, females receive lower status and are the reasons for all of mankind's (notice the "man" in mankind) downfall and blah blah blah. Yet when we refer to soil itself, the thought of "Mother Earth" comes to mind. Not forgetting about "Father Time". Females house the beginnings of a human's creation- babies- whose environment matches all too closely to the depths of the sea's. (PH level, etc.. Look it up.) Humans need a sense of purpose unlike lower lifeform who only question where their next source of food might come from. Lastly, with all the many different religions about in this planet, who, unfortunately, refute the existance of the others, it's hard to explain why one all-mighty being would make the mistake of interpreting himself/herself/itself differently to every civilization it/he/she reveals himself/herself/itself to. So unless there are 500 different gods in the sky duking it out or playing a nice game of chess with each other, chances are that none of them exist and that we just need a reason to explain all that surrounds us- the simplest answer being one large, invisable person did it. Why a human shape too btw? Why not one large shapeless being? Just because we're at the top of the food chain? Maybe gods should resemble the greatest force in this planet- or any planet with potential life in it. Because if all this great creator did was create ONE planet full of life in a universe so vast, then this creator wasted a lot of space- making the universe for the purpose of humans to explore? I dont think so. So back to the god's shape. Water, Sunlight, Dirt... Somehow I think earlier civilizations and their outlooks on how the gods should look like are more worldly. No skin color involved. The universal color for water- Irrefutable.
