It is not always the amount of details that makes a good wallpaper. Sometimes, a simple yet unique idea (in this case to find a certain screenshot from an anime) can create a lovely wallpaper for Valentine's day. popiahime's "Pikachu's Valentine" is funny to look at (I totally love the bottle's design!), and it composes a sweet design for people's desktops. Even though I'm not a big fan of white backgrounds, this one fits really well to the composition and the rest of the colours.

STAFFS are needed for threads cause some topic is just don't make any sense...
And they "lock" them cause it might be a "listfest" or something that's way off the topic...or even maybe that people posted stuff that's called "spamming" So if you have anything else you should read the FAQ ! ! !

Whoever does short posts like this should be punished with a loss of 10 papers and those posts should be deleted immediately...

The mods must be annoyed at people like you who open pointless threads such as this one. They have to chase you all down and lock the threads. Read the FAQ, it'll keep you from looking stupid, and you might learn something.
