u need to find a picture. crop it. then u resize it to the right size or else t can't use it. and last upload it.

    either crop and make one your self or get some for other websites.(like how i got mine but i use the same avatar at the other website too)

        yup only 500kb, you could do gifs in sigs though. BTW theres already a thread for this in the past. I think it still there.
