We don't have Santa Claus! We have the "Christkind"! But can't really say when this was... about many years ago!

I don't think I ever really believed in santa claus. I used ask my parents why the presents said from santa claus instead of from mom and dad.

Like in 2nd grade? I'm not too sure exactly.

WHAT? Santa doesn't exist?! Just kiding, I stop beliving him whem my mom asked me in the mall what did I want for present, and I was like... 5~6 old, don't really remember xD

I never believed santa claus exists these days. Some of my friends still believed in santa claus when they're 4th or 5th grade elementary school!! P(>_<) I think it's childish to believe in santa come and give you presents at christmas eve, but I know some stories about santa,

Santa claus also known as Santa Nicholas. he gave presents for poor children during christmas eve. and created his own costume when he gave those presents. and so on.. ( I don't remember the stories really much)

But though in this era children still believe in santa claus. even if their parents told them "Santa Claus doesn't exist anymore"

uhmmm ... then I stop believing in Santa Claus until the age of seven years ... but one was to believe ... since I've never received great gift uun ... the just stockings ... but still continued to believe that there ... I am Peruvian ... and here ... not usually think much ... I am aware that in other countries ... it is customary for families to costumes ... and spend a nice evening with lots of presents ... and food ... and more gifts ... and more food ... chocolate ... etc ... over here things are more humble ... When my parents told me when I was 10 or 11 years old and I felt so stupid for myself that I believed in some fairy tail that would never be real. -_-

When my sister and I realized that Santa's handwritting matched that of our father's. =)

2nd grade. I realized that my grandma and Santa had the same handwriting and I asked her about it and she smiled and winked at me! XD

same here...though it was my mother's writing. Also, I asked myself why my cousin received her presents with the quotes " for my favorite girl in the whole world "...I asked myself what did I do wrong, why wasn't I "santa's favorite" T_T

i never believed in santa because i knew from the start that it was my family who were buying the presents (^ 3^) and i don't even think that they knew santa until like they started understanding english and its customs. 9(>_>)

Hehe, when I was 9 I remember I hid behind the couch to see who was 'Santa', and discovered my parents putting the presents and whispering to each other about how surprised my brother and I would be in the morning. I sure was. XD

I kept on believing in Santa Claus, I kept on believing in him in 6th grade as well. But , that was also when my mom had to tell sooner or later that .......... Santa Claus isn't real. (The reason why she told me that was because she was afraid that I would be made fun of at school. [But, nobody has ever made fun of me about believing in Santa Claus.] So~it was a bad "Reality Chat" from my mom {lols}.) I was very shocked and I felt like my heart ripped in two,.........a little. But, even now.....strangely......a part of myself, still (strongly) believed in him. I don't care if people think I have such a childish mind. Besides, having a child-ish mind, means that your imagination is like a different world you've created through out your entire life.

Well... I could agreed with you of that. So it is hard can tell especially if we going to believe in Santa Claus existence but who knows, it depends whether what we believe in or not.

Ok back in the topic. I used to believing in Santa's existence what okaa-sama told me to believe in he's the person who giving many people's gifts each time in 24 hours during night schedule especially people who slept at homes. When I was very young during elementary since I never being bad to people neither do cheat thus plus my grades were doing well at school that because Santa will giving me present especially a toy figure one I had it feels a bit nostalgic. Later when I get older and hard can tell if Santa giving me a Christmas present and stopped give me present gifts as unexpected happen. Whether it is I'm believe or not to believe Santa Claus because my opinion were between neutral only. But I believe in God only. That is all for today in my own opinion.

I remember in the 3rd grade i Told a girl Santa was not real and she told the teacher and got me in trouble lol

I don't remember when I realized he wasn't real, but I still like to say hes real for the good of Christmas.

When I was six. My mother finally told me the truth when I stubbornly stayed up and refused to go to sleep to see Santa. Man oh man was I sad. Thanks momma for bursting my bubble. Oh but to make up for it she did get me a bike which I had always wanted...but I wrecked it the very next day.

Never really believed in Santa, I guess growing up an asian family there was no much time for these things. i only learned about santa at school but we never really celebrated christmas alot. ;x

Unfortuantely, I never believed Santa in the first place.
