This wallpaper deserves to be highlighted because of many reasons:
The fence looks so real and detailled that you can almost touch it. In many cases, wallers copy and paste similiar objects of the background (e.g. flowers). But this fence looks like it has been drawn stroke by stroke.
The colours and combination of highlights and shadows create a dark and mysterious atmosphere which suits the manga perfectly. I'm glad dolce-yasmin didn't stick to the original colours which wouldn't be as effective as the brown tone.
Not to forget the vector itself which is not only a huge improvement of the original scan, but also shows you dolce-yasmin's improvement of her vectoring skills!

First thing you need is a sig. The colours are very nice except the characters are a bit messy, so they need some cleaning up. The arrow that Cagalli is holding is cut off that should be fixable with some smudging also her head is a bit tranparent and you see some of the background showing through. The text is sortof camoflagued with the background. Once fixed it shoudl be a great and colourful wall.

Hello!! Yeah, I think you should put it down, where most of the time its put mainly because then the taskbar hides it ^^;. Anyways, I love the background!!!! It's awesome!! However, I think you should work a little on the image extracting, because there a few places where its not as nicely done. The images could use some cleaning. Also, I think there a few places where there is a need to use the clone stamp or erhm..whatever you call it. If you fix the renders a bit, it'll turn out really well!! Good luck!

Oh yeah. I'm not completely satisfied with the ocean water. I looked everywhere for a tutorial but all of them just didn't suit the picture... Does anyone know where I can find a good water tutorial?

If u wan to add ocean water i suggest u add mountain at the back or u already hav... if it is make it clearer

Im sorry that i dont have any good water tips, but i think that the first background was fine. The characters look better in your revised wall, but there are still spots around teh edges (mainly the arrow and teh white "furry thing"). I have to admit that i dont know who these people are, but this is a good job. Good Luck!
