This wallpaper deserves to be highlighted because of many reasons:
The fence looks so real and detailled that you can almost touch it. In many cases, wallers copy and paste similiar objects of the background (e.g. flowers). But this fence looks like it has been drawn stroke by stroke.
The colours and combination of highlights and shadows create a dark and mysterious atmosphere which suits the manga perfectly. I'm glad dolce-yasmin didn't stick to the original colours which wouldn't be as effective as the brown tone.
Not to forget the vector itself which is not only a huge improvement of the original scan, but also shows you dolce-yasmin's improvement of her vectoring skills!

It's too dark!! You can't see his hair!!
Also, I think you should add more to the BG. Something that would suit him. Whatever that round thing is..it doesn't really go with him. Why don't you use some brushes or something?

lol, the round thing is supposed to be a planet. Yeah, I kinda agree, the planet doesnt really go with him. The original was this: Gundam But It got rejected. Any ideas how I can make the Gundam one better? And, ill try to do something with Sasuke.

I'd consider just vectoring the image of Sasuke altogether, but if you don't want to do all that work, then you really do need to work on the edges. The background doesn't match him very well, as well as the fact that it's so dark you can't see his hair. I'd try something else for the background, and add some text.

Gundam one seems to work better than the sasuke one, but something is still missing. add some text and do something more for the background: stars, something.

Extraction needs work on the gundam. And the focus and composition are wonky. Try searching for some tutorials on photographic composition using google and that'll point you in the right direction.
At the moment it almost looks like you're afraid of overlapping the gundam and te planet. The bg also needs stars, and you might want to add another planet or a moon or something to give it a greater sense of depth.
You could also consider adding some very dark details into the black space of the planet, just to give the are asom subtle texture and depth - at the mo it's just empty space. Text may help also, but I'd generally recommend making the gundam larger in the wall - it's what it's about after all :).
Hope that helps.

Need to touch up Sasuke, and though its important that your work get recognized as yours, I wouldn't put the name so big in the bottom right.

Sasuke wall: What made me a bad impression is the hairline in the middle of the planet. I bet you understand what I mean. Try to hide it somehow (dunno how, ain't that good myself :P) Same applies to the Gundam wall. Add some stars to the sky, or a nebula, or another planet or two. Also cut some pixels on Sasuke's left side, especially arm and shorts.
Gundam wall: Same advice apply for the background.Do some better extraction on left foot and decrease the radius of the outer glow too.
