The first one is my try at making a wallpaper. It's not that good and there's some mistakes with the way the picture was extracted. Though, I wouldn't mind some criticism on the first two. They both have the same character just a different background. I made other ones with different backgrounds, but these two I felt were a tad better.
The second reason of posting this one is because I'm not sure who this character is, I just found him on a website that had other misc. pics. I was wondering if anybody knew the animation or game this character is from, if not then most likely he doesn't belong to any. Anyhoo, which of these two do you guys like?

The first two pics cant be seen at their actualy size so its hard to see.. But their image extraction isnt too good. I see white spots even from that size... Also for ALL the walls- the BG is too simple.. The bar thing with the center filled with stuff.. I suggest something more interesting be put in there or scrap the idea altogether..

I actually like really simple backgrounds. Then again...I guess I'm the only one.
Usually something too complicated, in my opinion, just messes up the whole computer monitor. I have the Princess Peach one up on my monitor right now and it looks really good. Nice and simple.
Your right though, maybe something a bit extra would be nice.
Hm...the backgrounds are still small when one clicks on 'em. I wonder why they did that?

The first seems a little too overly simple to me. You should try doing a little more complex background for the first. The second wall matches well, though.
