yup, thx to those hav helped me by the time I was confused. (Yup, remember someone asked me to check probably my writing b4 posting... I'll try my best but pls do not laugh on me. I'm actually a college student at the same time taking night lesson to study English!)

Ack! Try using imageshack to upload. I don't like waiting for it to download!
It's a nice ide, it just needs to be conveyed more effectively.
Try using proper brushes for the leave/petals. They look to "blobby" at the moment, it you see what I mean.
The scan is quite cleanly extracted. Try looking at areas like the wings just to get rid of any jaggedness. Also try to remove dark pixels around the outside of the scan which stop the characters from blending into the background.
The text really needs to be changed. I really don't like the wavy effect. Looks too much like wordart, and ask anyone I know what I think about wordart, you'll get the same answer all the time - I hate it! Just try using something a little more subtle and stylish, something that goes in well with the theme of the wallpaper. Experiment and you'll find something you like eventually!
Also make sure that the sig fits under the start menu task bar.

Yup, I'm strongly agree with ur suggestion especially the wings part and the "wordart". I'll try to fix it. However, it is actually not a scan (had taken away from its behide) for it but all made in (Adobe) Illustrator. Hmm, let see, if it's really good to take away the pixels? Thx, I'll do it later (juz back from work T.T)
