hmmm looks nice startup blend the text more in, and maybe ad some cross bars that fade away, and try to do something nice with nina her eyes like a small bling. and the background could be a bit cooler i think. but im likin it allready. work on the text mainly i say

The extraction is looking rather dicey (remanents of the black background she's lifted from are still evident particularly in her hair), the bulk of the background is also rather unrefined as the colour is rather obviously put down with a round brush or airbrush. Lens flair is generally a bane within a program as it encourages overuse. Given the positioning of the lighting a lens wouldn't create a flair in that composition especially one as generic as the one used. I think those issues need to be addressed before you consider making changes to other elements otehrwise it will not be up to scratch for submission.

Yhea the extraction would need seom serious toutching up, at least if your intentions are to submit it, had my last wall rejected because of it and that was not nearly as much as this, I would suggest to leave the magic selection tool alone and go for the manual extraction for the last bits, also there is a piece of pink in her hair, that just looks wrong to me, might be that is suppose to shine through, but think you might get a better result if you were to use healing and clone tools for this. For the rest it is not bad at all. The pink does not sit so well with my eyes, but yhea that is me. going for a darker colour might make your job easier in getting rid of the remenants of the extraction job. Its not that bad as a beginner, to get a better overall image with your current ability, try:

Chnage the bkg colors to more of her top color. Darken the bkg slightly. Cleanup the jagged lines on the out edge of her. Use a better font layut.

perchance where'd you think of the chinese lyrical sentence in the back? was it out of your own head or from a song, or poem? either way, that was nice. :) Besides that, the scan is okay, to say the least, maybe clean up the hair a little more, and the clouds, as you may have known, and since you werent thinking of submitting it, only asking for oppinions, are just like simple angles going down and fluffy cotton ball kind of feel that makes the wall look 'cheap' in a way. but besides tht and the slight color pick of the wall, its overall at a nice start. :)

I like it (how did you get such thin lines?!?) I think you should do a little something more with the background... Maybe something that makes her stand out a little more.... good job
