mmmm the character doesn't blend with the bg....the bg is too blury..... in my opinion, the character isn't well drawn =P, but i don't know...... the colors are good, there's a nice combination of colors......

every thing I'm going to say is my opinion, you can ignore or consider it. utena's chin doesn't look the same, maybe you should correct it. her hair is too bright. especialy where there is this light. the text is not very clear, maybe you shoud change it. still nice wallpaper ^_^ that's all for now, if I'll think about anything else, Ill write.

Well the background doesnt really go with it. It seems kinda realistic for how she looks. Also the rose Idea really isnt working for me, Vector her, then vector a background, it would look good I think... Good Luck.

nice job yes, you might wanna fix the chin a bit part of the text is being blocked by my taskbar, so you should move it up a little use light pink instead of white for the highlight on the girl because the highlight on the hair there is reallyl too bright your sig doesn't say your screenname here , so make sure you either change that or explain why you have your sig like that. vector....doesn't really fit with that kind of bg. it's hard to say, .i think you should vector a rose while you're at it, then it'll be really pretty C: the bar things aren't really adding to the wp in any way

Just wanted to say a couple of things about the vector trace; the hair is looking metallic due to the shading, so you'll have to tone that down a bit. Also, the outlines are somewhat too strong and overpowering, so you might want to use a color instead of black - for example, a dark magenta for the hair outlines.
