yeah, i've never played that game before. but. the wallpaper is way too random, there's no real direction and i'm not sure which to look at when i see the wall. use only one scan from the three that you have on there. either way. the two side characters are too faded the middle scan is a bit distorted, and too blurry. text doesn't fit because it's too blurry and too many effects on text never looks good. the bg itself is really blurry the sparkles are too random, and too uniformally placed. C: make it more interesting...good luck!

For me the bg doesn`t fit, mainly the color, also like blu3angl said the text has just to much on it. Try something simple. And get rid of those to scans in the corners. Stick with the one in the center. Thats what I think.

yeah i agree with blu3angl and Kleszczman ...i also think that you should pick the middle scan and just work with that and create a new bg and make it less blurry

I know that we all seem harsh ..but its becaue we are real. When i first came here i posted what i thuoght was my best work..and i was crushed by ~Gat and ~omni and others and at first i was crushed and pissed ..but if you are open to there crits and not be proud then you can get a lot better really fast....

But i will tell you ....an hour is nothing..not in the long run , most of the very best here took days and weeks in session zero.

But dont worry i want to help you we all do , think how cool is that ..you have a whole site of people here that want to help you get to be better...but no one will want to help you if you are proud...

Now with that said, about you wall

1 a way to improve the extraction is to (i am guessing that you are using the eraser tool) stop useing that and start to you the pen tool..and let me say the pen tool is a pain in the ass at first but it will get so easy after a while and you will wonder how you ever use the eraser (mack sure that the pen tool is set to ruberband mode)

and if you are still going to use the eraser tool the set it to paintbrush tool or pencil...not airbrush..

2 As for the BG , try to tell a story with it not just a random blue twist of confustion with some brushes on it (see the problem here for you is that we all know photoshop here ..so we know what you did to the BG )

3 as for the scan the quaity needs to be higher.....i dont know the where the tutoral is that everyone sends here but if you ask around they will help you.

to tell you the truth, session zero isnt a place for compliments because they don't help you make you wallpaper better, i had to learn that the hard way... but trust me you'll get used to this real fast anyway, in your wallpaper i think your main problems is that its too blurry, and theres too much stuff going on i think blu pretty much said everything - 3/10 read some of these tutorials, they will help a littlehttp://www.good-tutorials.com/
