there's definitely too much going on... the wall is too crowded and there's no single point of focus i suggest you pick one nice scan to work with ^^

Looks nice but yeah its alittle bit to crowed, use one or two scans it depents. ^^ But i do like the bg, maybe you can use it for this wallpaper. :o your tasted...

too much blending of images makes it look like poop...at least have some not blended but cut out

Nice, except it's a little too overcrowded with scans.Try reducing the amount of scans in the wallpaper but make sure not too much. Also, the title "cowboy bepop" is a little hard to see. Maybe it's blended in too much. I like your overlay with effects and lighting. Great work on that. Looks very appealling. Also, I think you can write for before your signature "by" or "(c)" or something so the people accepting the wallpaper find it easier. At the moment it looks like a sub heading for cowboy bepop. Besides that I can't think of any other suggestions. Good luck on your wallpaper and I hope this wallpaper can get in! ~ O.o
