Wallpapers and Walling

It might work out with some work. But you really need to cut out of some stuff going on there. Try to make it a little less crowdy so your eyes don't go nuts while looking at it. The main character needs to be cleaned and what's that buzzy colorish thingy above her head? It just doesn't look good, looks like an old TV with weird color settings. That pillar thingy doesn't fit too well with the rest of the paper it just sticks out too much. But... Keep workin' don't give up :)

Your sig needs to be at the BOTTOM of the wallpaper. As everyone else has pointed out, the wallpaper is really too crowded, you need to get rid of stuff which is pointless. As for the background, behind the Sailor Moon (facing you) theres a picture sort of thing of buildings, and then in the background all of a sudden those buildings are't there anymore. I suggest either keeping them and drawing in some buildings OR just get rid of it.

Hmm, well here's another suggestion, how about only using ONE scan, the scan of Sailor Moon standing on the Moon Crest thing XP Don't know what it's called hehe =P I seem to like that scan more, and that scan seems to blend more with the background. So yeah, how about trying to work with just ONE scan? ^^

too much unecessary text i think./ scan has some quality problems/blurry/ and the wall is just a bit messy. especially because of overlaping the two scans The yellow sparkles are a bit too overwhelming. the fact that the scan just stops there isn't so great good luck though!

Hm. I agree with whatever blu3angl said. Also, your background is too occupied with brush overuse. Decrease the amount a little.
