Hurrying. must type fast! lol. as usual, a boring afternoon resulted in a completely RANDOM piece of a) junk or b) wallpaper. I don't know. I did this more for my own usage than posting here at AP because I wanted something...different from the selection of walls I've been using lately. I just thought it'd be great to have people from here help me improve on this one. I don't know if I'll submit--that depends on your feedback since i started out intending it just to sit on my desktop and my desktop only--but yeah. more on this later when I have time to sort out all my thoughts. here is the junk/wp i'm talking about. i know there are still some small probs to fix but still. critiques are appreciated. ^^

Interesting concept, to be sure. Very unique, to be sure. I think the way you worked in the vectors really add to the wall instead of making this a "wtf" wall. Sometimes, it almost looks like there's too many elements, and the left side is especially crowded. have you thought about messing with the color of the stock? Cuz right now, it's just kinda there...kinda incongruous. Still, nicely done. =p

as always, your vectors are very nice
the only problem i have is the black wavy thing on the left...very out of place on a clean vector wall. and also, reconsdier the textures on the bg (if thats what it is)
overall, very groovy pop art wall!

@ aznxenocide: err stock? what stock? everything here is done by me by hand except for the scan, which I vectored, and the thumb print, which is the only brush i used. =/
@hofodomo: lol the black arrow and the texture-y were both very crazy spontaneous moments. I'm going to remove them anyway so no worries there. I'm starting to dislike them myself.
@MTL: the thing about vertical and horizontal lines are that they are...regular? if I tilted them at random angles, I thought the wall would really look chaotic. ><

Well I'm not good at these kind of walls. The only thing that bothers me about it is the black sprial line coming down from the side and the figner print? is that needed? everything else fits the abtract messy wall look. and the colors fit too so I dont have any problems except those. MTL knows how to make walls like these, he should be your guide. Goodluck!

thumb print and no thumb print everything else is pretty much okay i guess? *sigh* when I set out to wall about two months ago, I never thought I'd be making these random wps. but what the heck--as long as they turn out okay. ^^

I'd loose botht the thumb print and one of the vertical bars appears to have soft shadowing on it, which seems out of place since it's the only object like that. Otherwise seems fine.

HOLY smokes!! This is the nicest Vector you've made YET! And the wall...is so creative!! I'm in awe XD Well I like the version with the thumb print ^__^ The only things I DON'T like are:

LOL you really make my days, inuspal. ^^ xD yes I like Kazuki looking more like athrun than shin. hisashi hirai is really great at making one character look like two completely different ones! ^-^ and seeing all the responses to my walls, I think I actually got the hang of vectoring without really knowing what I'm doing! I guess I'll have double versions for this one too, with and without the thumbprint.

haha, well considering how far this has deviated from what I originally had in mind for my wall, it has won some success *cheers* (why did it deviate? because my head wasn't focused on getting to look like what i wanted...just went crazy and voila) I'm gonna submit the no thumbprint version and put this in the description. hope you don't mind because I wanna stay on trismugistus' good side ^^. he's a super mod after all. tell me if you like "your version", inuspal.

the important people have given their thumbs up--you, otakugaijin, hofodomo, and trismugistus (i never expected my little old wall to be noticed) now i'm not saying aznxenocide or MTL isn't important it's just that I don't know them very well/they don't know me very well/they aren't super mods. but yes, I shall try to be patient and wait for more replies. but SZ seems quiet today.
