Hey people, I am thinking of submitting my wallpaper which I put on my site. Please tell me if it is off quality.

It is not always the amount of details that makes a good wallpaper. Sometimes, a simple yet unique idea (in this case to find a certain screenshot from an anime) can create a lovely wallpaper for Valentine's day. popiahime's "Pikachu's Valentine" is funny to look at (I totally love the bottle's design!), and it composes a sweet design for people's desktops. Even though I'm not a big fan of white backgrounds, this one fits really well to the composition and the rest of the colours.

the scan is really pretty ^^ I would try and make it blend with the background a little better... try duplicating the scan layer and putting it in diffrent blending options and see what works best =] Some of those yellow flowers would look good on the right side too... One more thing... those green arrow thingies don't work =s work on that see what comes up ^^

It's nice, i like it. But it might not be desktop friendly, maybe it would be better if you have the empty space at the left so your desktop shortcuts wont be covering your pretty picture. But thats only me :p

the colour on the scan seems a little dull or it could be just me. id duplicate the scan and blend it in soft light or overlay arounf 70-90 to bring out the colours better you can apply median at 10px on the duplicated layer and blend it using overlay with 70-90 opacity try different blendin options, see which works best mind you it looks very good, and the arrows arent working for me either. you should get rid of them and flipping the wall is a good idea as well
