to me it looks lke you have taken a stock photo and added the text and blood(which is against AP wallpaper rules. but i like it.. duplicate the blood layer and bake the original layer black so we don't se through the blood, and if you don't use so big size on the blood brush i think it will be better.

so keep working :)
