Things I've Already Considered: Making The Size, that of you know, an actual screen size. :\ got carried away with making it.

Adding Some Kind Of Border Design (what or how i have no clue)

Cleaning up the images within the shells, making them stand out more. Time consuming...

Placing another stand alone character from the series in the image, however I allready know I don't want whatever characters I add to have a dominant place in the image

Current Status My Opinion: Not Ready For Submission, But Usable.

Things I'll *****About Changing:
My Copyright Style, Since 1. Its True, 2. It hides itself under the taskbar. I am willing to add some AP specific details to it.

edit: forgot to thumbnail the wallpaper, my bad.

The rendered guns do not fit with the flat vector background at all.

Ideas for fixing? Film Grain over the vector prehaps?

Should something be placed in my black space in order to avert attention or even more hopefully blend the two?

Eh, in my opinion, mixing 3d images and flat images just doesn't mix and looks really weird, I would either vector the guns or render the background. I have no experience rendering 3d objects, so i really couldn't tell you what to do there.

Neither do I, Nor Have the Wacom Tablet to support such godly aid to the image, like re-drawing the pistols.

However what kind of background could best be placed in the black space to at least distract the viewer from the contrast between dimensions. Mainly should it stick with the red mantra of the image or change it up.

Hrm maybe try removing the other colors from the gun so that it's colors are in the red/black/white range and then go about giving the paper more of a grunge feel to it. Maybe using varying degrees of blood splatter and darkness.

hum your wall will be immediatly rejected because the image of the guns are in a very bad quality

I rendered the guns to that quality, I created the grain and wanted them that way.

Anyway, so with the black space, a good red variant, now should i keep the black and attempt like a marble base, really fine and granite with blood splatter focused more in the center?

edit: Granite like what i made in the background of my avatar.

To be blunt:

i think the guns are horrible :( they dont fit. the color of the guns are displeasing to look at, especially since everything else is in shades of red. The red blobs on the gun (which ill assume is blood) is poorly done. At first i even thought it was just overlap with the scan of the girl on the left.

good try though >_>

the only way i can think to fit a gun image into this is if you used a red wire gun (kind of like a blueprint image... but redprint in this case o.o)

So full red theme? If i go all red, should I leave the Shells gold.

if you really plan on keeping the guns you currently have, then yea. Going all red is probably the way to go. As for the shells i think gold would be awkward, so i would recommend giving it a special red (perhaps blood/dark red with a haze)

*edit* but i must reinforce this idea... think the red stripe commercial

THE GUNS ARE VERY UGLY!!!

i dont think its something that can be saved just by shifting it to redscale
