I really like the bg, the pink shading favours the green in the char's jacket ot make it stand out, perhaps so that it blends more with the bg you could add some lighter green to the bg, not too much just so that it helps the blending. The char is nice looking, perhaps a texture on it could improve it, but I like chars simple and clear so I'm not too keen on that. On the overall I like the composition, the text is nice, kinda mecha like. Cool style, too. The brightness of it is really nice, very well done. And sincerely to be your third, it's very good work!!! Keep at it, although I'm no pro, I hope my advices help you out!

Very nice indeed and as Yuzuriha said the colors mix very well. The only suggestion i would give if you can emphazise more on the ships because i didn't see that at first there were ships. I think an outline and less brightness on the ships would do.
