Okay, so I've been working on this vector for quite a while and I think I got it down pretty good but I don't submit unless I get a second or third opinion. Plus, I used three seperate scans from three seperate series and I don't know if that's acceptable here. So, is this worthy?
Also, I wanted to keep the background relatively simple so the foreground image stands out more but if you think it should be changed, please suggest so.

I'm not good at judging things, so I can't say if this would pass or not. I think the vector is nicely done, unless the hat. For me, it's like stands out on its own. I don't know, maybe because the gradient looks too clear.. I personally like simplicity, and I think your wall is nice but I can't tell if it's too simple for the mods or not. I think there're still some spaces you could work on. Let's just wait for another opinion.

hhhmm...In my own perspective I think it's not a vector or maybe it's just only mw eyes..because I can see that the scan is some sort of grainy and I just see the white lines on his hair.moreover, the background is quite simple and empty..maybe add some details on it..well..good lcuk..

I think the exterior outlines look too jaggy compared to the interior lines. And I agree with Yuki-ne3Chan, the hat is weird, it looks like it's not part of the character. Now, you mentioned you used 3 scans from 3 separate series to make this vector? I'm not sure if this kind of "montage" is acceptable for the gallery. I suggest you to check the AP Guide and ask the mods if necessary to be sure that it's ok to do this kind of thing.
