hello!
i've made my own for quite sometime now but haven't had the courage to submit any of them. Usually, i create animated wallpapers for my desktop and i don't think I could submit those anyway. This is a jubei chan wallpaper. I originally created it for my 360 dashboard for use on my samsung tv so its dimensions are a little strange. I shrank it down so its on my PSP also. Its not nearly as pretty or creative as the everyone elses on here (at least IMO). I have the PDF file still so i could make changes to things.
I hope its not too bad on everyones eyes.

I think you need to blend those two..just work on the blending and you will got it right..also you should make a background to that..

I totally agree with Rukawa on this one. Definately work on both of the aspects that he mentioned. I'm gonna eloborate a little more for you though ^_^
The scans are really high quality so there's no need to change anything regarding that. The extraction is pretty spot on as well although there's some area's that just need smoothing out a little like around the edges of the hair and sword on the girl with the blue eye patch.
As for the blending, although you've put text over the top to try and hide it, it kinda draws your attention to it more. If you have photoshop I would grad the smudge tool and lightly blend them together. It will take alot of time because of the colour contrast but it'll be really worth it. Then there won't be as much need for that text, which I'm not a massive fan of at all!
As for the background, the white is a tad too plain. Maybe just put some subtle kind of brush work in there, nothing too heavy or dark, because you want to keep the focus on your characters still whilst trying to get rid of that blinding white!
If you are intending to submit this to the AP gallery too then remember to add a signature across the bottom or it'll be rejected straight away. If you aren't sure what I mean go take a look in the wallpaper guide here
Good luck! If you just do that little bit more work then you'll have an awesome wallpaper!

I agree too, blending them togather will make it look less choppy. Right now it just looks like two images chopped and sat next to eachother. As Cessa said the text just draws more attention to that flaw. If you blend it together it will solve all of the problems and you can keep the text there because it actually looks nice there, it is just what is underneath of it that doesn't look too good.
Still I love the balance the wallpaper has ^_^
