The images of Matsuri and Aono are horrible quality. They are covered in artifacts (pixely). The middle image of Matsuri is high quality but the edges of the scan are jagged. It also looks like you just cut up a bunch of scans and slapped them together.

What I would suggest you do is find higher resolutions of Aono and Matsuri scans for the background. Then maybe lower the opacity a bit more so they blend into the background better. Extract the middle picture of Matsuri again so the edges look smoother. The font text and style you used for this wallpaper does not blend in at all. You are trying to add 3D-like text to a 2D background. It helps to be consistent. The puddles of water that Matsuri is walking over could be redone by you. It will look at a better if it was sharper instead looking like you copy and pasted directly from the anime. If you actually really did yourself, try to make the clouds and the puddles look sharper. It would also be nice if the background had a bit more blue space and a deeper blue color.

well... Tens -san already gave a pretty good comment on what to do... yes, WAY too much jpeg artifacting, like you just downloaded the thumbnail and enlarged it. Also, you did not give credit to @jigoku-shonen for his vector of Matsuri. Third, 'ghosting' or reusing characters in low opacity usually gets walls rejected. Try working with an actual BG... if you're new to this, abstract/vectorbrush is good and easy. Grunge is for more experienced wallers, and working with stock photos is for advanced wallers >_>
