I was just wondering if anyone had a good place to get some backgrounds for making wallpapers, or if people just make there own? thanks ;)

You can make your own, or get a stock image as background, it's up to you. Check out different stock photo sites if you are not able to do your own.

Also, visit The Resource Pool Group. They have excellent sources for just about anything related to walling. Good luck on your future works!
