Please read the guidelines in the Wallpaper FAQ.
The wallpaper is not at an acceptable resolution. 1024x768 is the minimum acceptable resolution.
It's a start but it's far too plain. If it was done on a high res, you might be able to brush a purple or red aura around Akuma. Then have a background lightly texture with some blood stains on it. Just a suggestion though. You can add more detail as you see fit because that's what this wallpaper needs.

To answer your question directly, is not worth now, but it might with some additions and changes. As Tens mentioned, the size is not acceptable. Tough it might be resized by Photobucket, I recommend to use instead of it Imageshack. Background needs something more. Since we have here Akuma as character, blood and fire might be a good choice, being both red and fitting with the characters. The few splashes what you have now there look somehow weird, I'm sure that you can found better ones.
