** **Match 11: Fake Out** **
This contest was inspired by Horseradish and Sashinka's wallpaper >
<. So, this contest in the barest of descriptions is using a Human movie -as in a theater or even tv show- and taking out the 'human's and convert them using an Anime character. Another example would be Kill Bill conversion >
<
So, your challenge is to find a 'human movie or tv show' and make a wallpaper based on that but convert the human aspect with an Anime character. You can change the Anime character's clothes to fit with what your going to need to be like the human movie/tv show.
And for some helpful ideas. Our Mod. Mill-chan has a few suggestions in the spoiler. More will probably follow. *^^v*heh
Some anime are perfect for a 'movie wall': -One Piece images are ok for a Pirates of the Caribbean wall. -Ranma images can be used for a Bruce Lee themed wall. -A Vampire Knight scan can be similar to a Twilight scene. -This image makes me think to The Fast and the Furious. -Here Natsumi remember me Keira Knightley in Domino. -As Angel-chan said, a Spike Spiegel image is very good for a 70's movie, like The Dukes of Hazzard or Saturday Night Fever. -1700's/1800's anime characters (Rose-of-Versailles, Victorian Romance Emma) wear clothes with laces and crinolines similar to the characters of some movies (Marie Antoinette, Pride & Prejudice, etc.). -Images with dancing scenes can remember 'dance movies' (Shall We Dance, Step Up, Flashdance, Dirty Dancing, etc.).
Participants can also edit the clothes for making it more similar to the movies characters, like Alienzero did here:

Must go through either AP or your favorite image host. Just make sure its a thumbnail so I can post it up properly on the front page.
Must be [faking out] a real - T.V. Show or Movie - with human's in them.
Must be a real - Anime Character - No Original characters for this one.
Can change Anime Character's -clothes ; anything more please contact me first. We still want to keep the character a bit noticeable from its own show but if any questions please contact me @angelearth10.

*nod nod* I'd have to agree. Thinking about all the shows out there. The possibilities are almost endless to what you can create. I haven't decided yet what I'm going to do but I'll have to think of my fav. 'human' movie and see what anime character I can put with it.

Sure, Poala!! You can definatly enter into this contest. And don't put yourself on the short end of things. Many contestants in the past have said the same thing and came out winning.

Sorry, yuukine.. but I'm gonna have to say, for sure, that a game to anime wall isn't going to cut it this time. But keep it in mine and maybe it'll be the next contest. *^^*heh
And I'll get started on the front page for everyone who's 'mostly' going to participate.
Personally, I'm finding this contest one of the hardest. Maybe its because of the show I choose to 'fake out' but its kinda nice to have a challenge.

So, for those who are going to participate in this contest... How is your progress going??
I found finding my image was harder then choosing the movie/tv show. And I'm finding that I almost have to 'vector' everything. Which I'll be honest seems rather intimidating to me. Since I have one 'full body' to vector out, 'most' of a body to vector out, and a 'special' object that goes with the two. Let alone I have no idea whatsoever about the background.
Is it just me or is anyone else out there like me? Even if not... u can just tell us how your progress is going... just so these threads don't close.
