Ok after some work on it i changed quite a lot. The backround is in black and red and has a floor on it. hime lies on a piano where she should be and the allover scan is better. I made a swirling text on the right side with some fine glowing and the shadow beneath her has a light glow on it. Any tips what could done better i in for it^^
ok it seems i took the wrong choice in doing a pic with this scan i put it on hold for now.

Elements are too disparate. Nothing overall is tying the character to the harlequin flooring and the textual elements. The character also appears to have a distorted aspect ratio. If she's meant to be on a piano, make it recognisable as a piano.
