PS3 I will never change my oppinion I grew up with playstation

In order from best to leat, Wii, PS3, XBOX 360. There's some personal stuff in there, cause 360 is probably better than PS3. But I think the Wii is definatly coming out on top. Inovating, third party support, downloadable older games, and cheapest. I -so- can't wait!!

I don't think you can actually compare them until the Wii and PS3 comes out. 360 is the only completed system out of the three. We have expected system specs, hardware, and screenshots/trailers of games, but we don't have the final product. They all have their unique features, though. Personally, I didn't like the 360 when I played it.

Damn....i want Halo 3, Final Fantasy XIII, and Zelda Twilight Princess. Guess i'll just have to get em all.....eventually.

I prefer Wii (only because I'm more of a Nintendo type of person). But you don't really know yet. Wii will probably be the best out of the three. If you go to a Video Games website, there is a short commercial for it and you will be seeing somebody demonstrating on how to use the system. There's a lot of neat stuff =D. And the graphics are pwnage.

I think the wii will do the best out of the three consoles. The ps3 is way too expensive for alot of people. The 360 is just better graphics. While the wii, is the cheapest, the most unqiue, and will be the most fun.

I had PS1 and 2, so next... ps3 for me. Actually, i'm waiting for FF13 cause the rumors said FF13 would be in PS3 console.

FFXIII is definately for ps3, However i think that i wil end up buying a wii, Although i have a ps2, ps3 is way too expensive, and i think that the nintendo wii seemed much more impressive. Lastly, im a die hard zelda fan, and a pretty crazy super smash brothers fan, i cant imagine what i would do without thoe 2 games XDD

i think the wii is going to be the best. i can't wait for smash 3 and that FPS looks cool because you can swing the controller to swing the sword.

Nintendo is playing it smart by releasing a whole different system. With the growing welfare in the western world, there are more and more people who can afford having 2 consoles, instead of 1 in the present generation. As PS3 and X360 are more similar to eachother, the chance of a combination of PS3/Wii or 360/Wii is bigger then PS3/360. Another point in the next-gen consolewars is, the difference between Japan and Amerika/Europe. Just like the XBOX, the X360 is very impopular in Japan, while it's sold out in Amerika. It's clear MS will aim on the American market first with their games. Nintendois doing the opposite, as they have proven with NDS revolutionary gameplay is what people like (in Japan). So I think the Wii will defenitely sell great there, maybe even better then PS3!? I don't know. There's still a lot unknown about both Wii and PS3. And as a result, I don't know which side I have to choose. As a Nintendo fan, sure I'm going for the Wii in first place. But if those screens at E3 were real, PS3 is gonna rock, imo more then the X360. I lost interest in MS since the last E3 anyway(the statistics they came up with, 'we sold more accesoires then PS2' yea, because the consumer needs to buy all this ****for proper gaming).

Ah well, I'm looking forward to connect my beautifull black Nintendo DS Lite (EU Release June 23) with my beautifull black Nintendo Wii (Release Q4). Wiiiii!

It's a tie between the Xbox 360 and PS3 for me. I love the graphics and games on the the Xbox such as Halo 3 and Dead or Alive 4. And on the PS3 there's Kingdom Hearts 3 as a possibility, Final Fantasy Vll: Dirge of Cerberus and the Final Fantasy Vll remake... So, it's either Bill Gates or Squaresoft... XD

ps3 first then nintendo wii and then the 360. mainly because the 360 only offers a better processor and more memory, but i mean nintendo has put so many new innovations to the controller and gaming style in the wii its far more interesting. ps3 is first just becase of the top of the line system, great games such as GoW2 and the new momentum controller looks sweet

I want the 360, then I might consider the PS3. Why?

Xbox360--I have an Xbox and love it. A newer version of it would kick ass. PS3--Too expensive at the moment. Wii--Had a Gamecube, hated it. What kind of name is Wii anyway?

I'd have to say Wii, Xbox 360, and PS3.

The Wii has so many games I want right now, which is what matters with me. Super Smash Brothers, Zelda: Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3, not to mention that it can play my gamecube games as well AND I can download the classics I grew up with. Hard to resist such a great system.

Xbox 360 has few games I want to be honest, I only have my eye on Halo at the moment, so I'm gonna shy away from the Xbox 360 until I can find some suitable reason to get it besides the fact that Halo is on it.

And I'm not interested in the PS3 for the most part so I'm not getting it until I see a game that is a MUST get.

The best? That's always subjective.

I always say that the quality of a system is based on the quality of it's games. However it seems that game quantity often makes or breaks a console sale.

I worked for Electronics Boutique for six years (until an injury forced me to quit, I might've still been there) I saw many people snub their nose at a good/great game because it was $49, but put a $19 hunting/fishing/wrestling/football/fighting/Nascar game in front of them and they'd buy it in a heartbeat.

In this respect the PS3 will have the market cornered, not at first, as game developement costs will keep out the budget titles for a few years, but since it is cross compatible, corporate execs and salesmen alike can say "But we have all these cheap games..." while gesturing to a mountain of moldy PS2 shovelware.

The Wii will have the least amount this to fall back on, but will have the strongest library of quality games across the board.

And I think the 360 will continue to be an XBox - offering visual bliss and a steady library of good to great quality FPS and racing games. They seem to be trying to turn this around by getting some choice-looking and exclusive RPGs, and a new rumor (keep in mind this is a rumor please don't freak over it) states that Squenix's Final Fantasy XIII and it's muli game assault, the so named, Fabula Nova Crystalis, may have an exclusive FFXIII game showing up on the 360.

I guess to sum up my little diatribe, I think the Wii will still be a fan favorite, and the 360 will have a solid share of the market. I'm interested to see if the $500~$600 price is going to take a bite out of Sony's sales or not. I know very few of the customers at my store would shell out that much money for a PS3.

For me personally, I'm happy with my 360. I'd love to buy a Wii, but since my injury cost me the use of my right hand, I can't use the daisy-chained "nunchuk" controller. so unless they release a standard style controller that will play Wii games (not just the emulated old ones) then the Wii would be the first nintendo console I have not owned. :(

And look at it this way: for the cost of a PS3, you can buy both a Wii and a 360.

I would definitely choose PS3 since I am a big fan of almost all the PS games(PS+PS2 actually). And I think that PS3 is the best system since the graphics will be displayed in real time;

I liked the wii since it is innovative, because it brings a whole new experience to the gaming world. The ps3 is great graphic wise, but they kinda sorta copied nintendo's idea.

So from least to greatest i would go from X-box 360, Ps3, Wii

I think PS3, Wii then 360. PS3 games and previews look absolutely stunning, and the way that the Nintendo Wii is controlled looks crazy. 360 has now come out for a while.. but there really hasn't been a game that has really wowed me. There isn't really a game that is truly the definition of "next gen" yet to me, but I'm sure the PS3 & Wii can do that very soon, but PS3 will be quite pricey compared to the other two. But prices aside.. PS3, I've grown up from Playstation and I think Sony has done a great job to keep its' console on board with the times... from PS1 to PS2 now to PS3, graphics, gameplay, storylines and so on in games have continued to improve. PS3... CANT WAIT

you know... the wii is going for gameplay vs graphocs while ps3 and 360 are going for graphics. I am a sony loyalist at heart so I will always go sony, but I will also go wii because you will be able to buy all of the old games dating back to the first nintendo/

not just nintendo games but u can also download sega games and games from another console forgot its name... Jauguar or something like that. now i can play shining force, sonic, and super mario all in the same console. yay
