This wallpaper deserves to be highlighted because of many reasons:
The fence looks so real and detailled that you can almost touch it. In many cases, wallers copy and paste similiar objects of the background (e.g. flowers). But this fence looks like it has been drawn stroke by stroke.
The colours and combination of highlights and shadows create a dark and mysterious atmosphere which suits the manga perfectly. I'm glad dolce-yasmin didn't stick to the original colours which wouldn't be as effective as the brown tone.
Not to forget the vector itself which is not only a huge improvement of the original scan, but also shows you dolce-yasmin's improvement of her vectoring skills!

tis alive!! It has a very cartoony look to it, i'd probably say american styled. Hands are abit muscular for a girl's... But its a fairly funky picture... very coolll ^_^

Nice job on this piece. It's not every day that you see someone who can do this type of drawing. Nice work!

Hmm...you've got some good pen tool skills, but her neck and limbs look a bit too thick. Very American-styled, which isn't necessarily bad, but she just looks too chunky.

looks cool, I have never tried that with my drawings....maybe I should try some time.
