Thats really good. If this is your first try, i've really got to hand it to you. You did a fine job. Abit low on details, but that isn't really a matter now. I don't really see any problems with it, and i like it.

You could try adding in abit more detail into the background and into her face... She also looks like she's naked... oh wait... you meant to do that didn't you.. XD

It's certainly not bad, especially if you don't draw a lot and you're just starting out. I'll be kind, because you're not asking for hard critiques, if you're ever serious about wanting to improve, I encourage you to SEEK the hard critiques. (I appreciate when people are harsh on my works, especially if they know what they're talking about)

But with that said, you drew her face very cute. You don't really see much of Naruto to really get that it's Naruto, but I suppose fans would probably pick up on it quick. Practice drawing your own hand in different positions, those are a pain in the ass to get when you're first starting out, and it's one of the easiest things to model for yourself.
