It's trying to avoid an AA missile by deploying its flare. The character's based on that really happy girl in anime series Kare Kano.

Lockheed Martin F-22

As you can see, she carries her missiles inside her bag = internal weapons bay. F-22 carries all its missiles inside for better stealth..The sunglasses is representative of the highly reflective cockpit window.

Mikoyan MiG-29

A Russian Mikoyan for a change. I think that Mig's & Su's are the coolest looking fighter jets after France's Dassault Rafale. .(z_z)
