A friend of mine loaned the cutest manga I have ever read, and that manga is Yotsubato. This manga tells the tale of an adorable green-haired girl who lives with her dad. They move into a new home, and Yotsuba goes on many adventures with the crazy neighbor girls that live next door to them. It was written by Kiyohiko Azuma, the person who created Azumanga Daioh. (This is quite evident, as Yotsuba looks like Chiyo-chan would if she had green hair and ponytails) I really want to finish this series, but ADV is the company that holds the license and they haven't released a book since #4 came out last year. I highly recommend this series to anyone who likes cute stories, and if anyone knows anything about the status of the series, please write it here!

This series is hilarious. I just saw a japanese version of volume 4 and can't wait for a translation so I can pick it up. I picked it up cause it was done by the person who did Azumanga Daioh. It was more of a standard manga format in comparison to Azumanga, which was a comic strip. Seriously one of the most hilarious manga I have read. Everyone should pick this us.

I read the first volume. I heart it. Kiyohiko Azuma is a genius. I heard that ADV that getting close to bankruptcy, so their release is really slow. I didn't know it was /that/ slow, though. @@;;

You should check if ADV still holds the licence. ADV manga has been having a lot of troubles, and they've finally given up titles to other US companies. If ADV still has it, we just have to wait for them to get moving again, or to finally give up the title.
