yes, it's a good manga. but the character drawings is not so good... not proportional. but I like the story

I love Kyoko too! She is so funny. I like this manga also, but I've only read volume 4 instead of reading it from the start.

Ive read up to chap 100. Cant say that its truly "read", coz i dont understand Jap. :((. But, Kyoko is so kute in chap 97, has anyone seen this chap?

i didnt like it when i heard of it first, but my cousin said it was very funny and lent me the first volumes to read. then i got hooked on. i just couldn't stopping laughing when i read it.

i wish kyoko to be with ren.

I didn't like the first chapter when I read it in Shojo Beat, but when I was at work I needed something to read on my break, so I grabbed it and I really liked it. I like how the main character (forget her name, sorry) is so intense about what she wants to do. And I like the fact that although she begins acting for revenge, she seems to be realizing as she goes that she really enjoys doing it. It's a good read.

Rarely do I read shojo because I abhor those weak, naive, stupid minded main girls they ****me to death urgh! However Ryoko here totally blew me away. I love her passion, her flaws and mostly how real she is. Minus her strange tactics and amazing physical ability eg: riding a bike after a car in full speed

It's fresh, fun and keeps me wanting more! Now that's something new since I easily get bored with shallow stories.

About how someone said the art isn't that good, I think that it's okay. Perhaps it's not exactly clean-cut and beautiful like others as some scenes need a comedy feel. Thus they can't draw something beautiful expecting it to be funny, showing the expression and strange movements of the comedic characters are what is needed to allow readers to imagine it more and I find it amusing.

Skip Beat is the best shoujo manga! I like it so much! It's new, it's cool, it's funny! But it stopped! TT_______TT So sad! I could reach some pages that we allow to read it online but I still like to touch the books more! I'm waiting! This manga is very worth to read!

I love Skip Beat! I've read volumes 1-5, random chapters of volume 6, 7 and 10 and volumes 11-16. The story is so good and hilarious, it's one of my favorite mangas. The main female lead, Kyoko is probably one of the best characters I would consider. She's extremely strong willed and has awesome powers. I just love it when she paralyzes people with her little devils :D

The artwork is cute too. I love the SD drawings every now and then.

For those who like to read the translations, there is a Skip Beat! Yahoo!Group. It also has some raws of the manga from chapter 30 and up.

Too bad Viz takes too long to publish it. They release every 2 months or so. I already pre-ordered volumes 5-8 from Amazon but volume 5 still hasn't gotten to me yet. Oh, well. I guess I just need to be satisfied for the scanlations until the stuff I ordered gets to my country.

yeah, is very funny and is very different with the other manga lovers i was read. if the story manga lovers about girl want to be idol because she love some guy but the story about this manga skip beat is different. AND ^ ^ i like the characters of kyoko

I have a full series sitting on my bookshelf that I've read and reread and reread again- especially those hilarious scenes where the cute little devils come out! aww~~ I love the plot it started out with, but it's already up to chap 103 and the pace seems to keep getting slower... T____T *wails* please don't let the story start dragging! but, its still a wonderful series!!! whoever out there that has not read it yet, GO AND READ IT NOW!!!!!

I only read the first chapter in Shoujo Beat, It seems pretty good, I'm probably gonna end up getting it sometime. =]

** Hahaha I just realised I wrote Ryoko in the other post of mine. Okay Kyoko is awesome, as well as Ren >__< They are just too perfect for each other. I read later of the volumes about volume 16, it's getting so good. However it makes me wonder when the manga going to be over seems like there's still a lot to be done and it's already on 16! Hopefully see more of Ren & Kyoko together scenes LOVE THEM! **

I do agree with you how it's getting a bit slow paced now. Perhaps they need to reveal something more to get the story going? Urgh I'm trying to be patient (-_-)-o# But it's so difficult.
