Can't wait either, I'm wondering if they will take the adaption story of SB3 to tie them bother together to produce more sales and promote each other. Seems like the likely choice, but capcom does surprise us a lot.

Kinda like a short Marvel story, but this is coming from a fan who got bored and lost interest.
Season 1 & 2 have got 12 episodes per season, and then there's a movie in 2011 later. I heard that it's such a big hype, there's gonna be a Basara Cafe and in Ueda, Yukimura's domain in the past, the trains will bear the image of Basara Yukimura.

I don't know how to say it but it's good for me. It's a comedy action anime. Maybe historical but I'm no good with Japan history. It's mainly about the retaliation of Date Masamune and friends and the fall of Oda Nobunaga. For more info pls look here.

First, I recommend anyone who hasn't played the game to play it more specifically the lastest version Sengoku Basara Samurai Heroes for the Wii and PS3.
Now, to stay on topic, I've watched both the first season and second season of Sengoku Basara is I think it is a pretty good anime overall. However, I should point out that if you haven't watched the first season, then it is better to start watching the second season since in my opinion it is a whole lot more entertaining. One reason I say this is because there were several annoying characters that played a major role in the first season, but were completely absent in the second season. That made the second season much more enjoyable.
In addition, I think that there were more fight scenes in the second season and definitely the story was much better.
Spoilers Alert:
My favorite character is Sanada Yukimura and he has a couple of awesome scenes. It is too bad that he and the main character, Date Masamune, didn't really get a chance to fight each other. I know that they had one small skirmish in the beginning, but I don't think that counts since it was short and was immediately interrupted.
