I guess I'll start off, no comment on everything. Speaks for itself looking at them.

The new voting system is pretty cool.
Rankings will be more accurate since everyone will receive a rating to be weighted by.
1. @yago-san Well, I don't really need to say I am a sucker for H2SO4. I believe the vector is well executed in both color and detail. Intense contrast is what I really like but the vector stays true to the soft pastel colors of the original artist. All the accessories and detail is a real treat for the eye. Bored of one bracelet? Move on to the next! There's a flavor for everyone.2. @moutonzare While I may not like the scan used 100%, the execution of the vector is superb. The cloth wrinkles were well done. Careful usage of gradient placement shade the dress to give a smooth silky feeling without it making it feel flat. The gradient coloring and shine of the hair makes it interesting. The detail on the headphones is no joke because it even came down to an accurate two color gradient fade for the reflection.3. @akihikosama, @Cr1ms0n-m00n While the vectors are both vastly different. They did well in what they were trying to accomplish. I like Akihiko's vector because you can feel strength of the colors through their strong saturation and contrast. He also went for a more painted feel by using blur effects. Crimson's vector went for a more traditional vector relying on solid shades with gradients. I like his vector because the character is detail oriented and is cute. All the items had good consistency in shape and detail.4. @Shimazaki I have to give credit to Shimazaki for trying to tackle such a challenging scan that takes a lot of skill to vector. While it may not be complete in comparison, I still like the vector. I still feel her smooth skin, puffy jacket, and elastic swim suit. Her facial expression is also kind of funny lol. I could make so many captions for it.5. @akiranyo 6. @CloudGer 7. @Vampluva

Nice to see a new voting system being introduced here. I also like Tens's way of commenting, so I'll do the same:
**1. ** @TensFlawless technique and fantasticly smooth color scheme. Perfect display of the power and diversity of vectoring. It's only now that I notice the purple-ish color in the dress. They are a bit too dominant (even though I didn't notice at first, lol), so that's a point of critique, but not one that makes me reconsider voting for Tens on #1.
**2. ** @yago-sanFor a moment I doubted to let Tens share my #1 vote with Yago-san, because his vector is definitely just as fantastic. I especially love the richness in accessoires, like Tens mentioned. The pastel colors are nice too, but feel a bit too washed out. That, together with the slightly more basic feel of the vector, forces me to be honest and put this one on #2.
**3. ** @ShimazakiDefinitely not the best vector, but I'm still putting this one #3 because I think there are a lot of great elements in this vector that I haven't seen before in Shimazaki's works. In past vectors, the line-art was always a bit dodgy, the coloring a bit simple and some elements a bit out of proportion. The latter is still the case here, but I like the line-art and gradients. I do think the color of the jacket is too similar to the skin-color. Anyway, like I said, this vector feels like a display of progress being made and that deserves credit!
**4. ** @MoutonzareThe hair! I love it! The whole thing is not really my style, but it's definitely funky and the silvery hair is totally awesome. I love the work on the headphones as well. The reflection looks incredibly good. But yea it's not really my style and it's also too much of a shameless Sony advertisement, lol. Still, a #4 spot on my list is very respectable.
**5. ** @akihikosama, @Cr1ms0n-m00n, @VampluvaI'll be naming these 3 in one go, because I'm getting tired of typing and because they suffer from the same unlikable blurryness and too 'heavy' colors. Still, nice effort.
**6. ** @CloudGer, @akiranyoDEATH TO BLACK OUTLINES! Even if it's a style-thing like in Cloudger's vector, I don't like it. And compared to the others, these vectors a bit too basic I guess.

I did my rating following bubble sort algorithm. All vectors were done well, I'm saying that here so that I wouldn't have to repeat it under each one and so that I could focus my comments only on the negatives that stood out for me the most.

Nice contest it was, also happy that some of them where walled, another plus for the unpopular categories. Just hoped for more contestants.
PS. Haven't seen Etlyng. He joined to every VD contest until now...

2.@moutonzareThe solid colors and shapes sometimes make vector kinda boring, but in this case it didn't, the rough shapes, the strong colors, and the headphone really called my attention.
3.@akihikosamaReally nice vector. Loved the colors of it.
4.@Cr1ms0n-m00nReally nice vector, love the details, including the plaid skirt, but by some reason it don't pops out too much.
5.@akiranyo6.@Shimazaki and @Vampluva7.@CloudGer
