Alright, Secret Santa time. Who's down?
If Yes, please look below. If No, you may stop reading now.
Please post:
•Five likes and dislikes that apply with walling. So don't say you like 30-page novellas, say you like, uhm, Cats. Or Miyazaki. (This is an effort to keep you from getting that Moe wall that you never wanted).
•List three "themes" you would like your gift to fall under. This gives your Santa some leeway in making your gift. Try to get some variety going. Specifics are fine, but don't make it unreasonable.
•Your desktop resolution.
•No posting scans please, that takes the fun out of it.
What you'll be making:
One of each:
•A wall
•A badge to adorn your Giftee with. It should in some way show that it's for a Secret Santa gift, but it's up to you. Make it awesome. Your donation is up to you. If you have no papers (0-200) talk to me.
I'll have this open for a week, give or take. I will then take the names, put them in a hat, and assign! (Yes, I will be participating, even though I'll know who my Santa is.)
After that, you'll have until the 22nd of December. On the 22nd, please post your wall, and give your buddy their badge. And, yeah. Have fun!

This sounds like such a fun project! But damn, with my new job and having to move, I don't think I'll be able to get anything done even by Christmas! I might submit a wall this week, though, and if I do, I'll be sure to advertise this!

Dislikes: Scenery walls (just not a personal fan XD), Ecchi, Centered Walls (I have two screens, so walls that are centered tend to get chopped in two and look terrible)
Themes: Little Red Riding Hood, Children's Books, and, uhhh, Open Theme (Cheating 8D)

Dislikes: Clashing colors (unless they are executed well), Ecchi (not for this Christmas. LOL), too much grunge (not that I don't like grunge)----I can't think of other dislikes. LOL.
Themes: Harry Potter ("Nowhere is safe"), Movie Parodies (SPOOF wall), Surprise Me. ^^v

Maybe, I'm making some other wall now that I want to finish this week, but I also got lot of work and school (which is about to get hard soon). I think that if deadline would be moved my chances would be better, but it just wouldnt be cool if someone would not get present because of me D:
How much time would there be since time when draw is made to deadline?

I was hoping to give people ten - fifteen days, but given everyone's response, I think I'll be pushing the date up and aiming for twenty - twenty-five.

Dislikes: Common abstract brushes, walls that feels inconsistent, Naruto, naked bishies (uhh, I had to come up with something @.@). Oh, that's four. And maybe Justin Bieber.

Dislikes: moe, ecchii, too bright walls, pink, walls that doesn't change (the ones that are identical to the original scan)

Like: Anything dazzling with effects. Flowers(I love lilies). Cute but not too moe.(It doesn't matter, just to hell with it), music
Dislikes:Bleach(Well not really, I just get sick of looking at Bleach wallpapers, it makes me unmotivated. Same with Naruto), typography, vector wallpapers(I mean abstract vector. I like clean),black and white(I've seen enough except Detos~), crying, and walls that are completely identical to a scan.
Theme: Fantasy, beauty, horror, or natural. (Just pick one or slam all)

Well I think I'll make a wall. I need the practice and I think it's easier for me to express my self through a wall . But i think it might bee a good Idea to have a corresponding Badge to go with the wall.

Oh! Actually, you'll be making both. The badge doesn't have to be anything fancy. It just needs to say somewhere (I'd go with the description area) that it's for the Secret Santa. If you want to make it from the wall itself, that's fine. Hope that clears it up. (:

Awesome 8D I'm in;
Like - Vivid colors, simplicity on the composition / complex on the center piece (Santa is gonna punch me) and surrealism.
Dislike - Ecchi, Naruto (sick of it), Bishes (nothing against), pink, grunge and freaking brushes.
Themes - (slightly) dark, artistic and/or simple yet complex (chalenge 8D).
