I can only download a picture of a very low quality when I use papers.The size of the pic is around 50 KB,but usually it's more than 5 MB.Have you met the same thing？Is the site under repairing or something else?I want to know your idea.

As has been said countless times, the issue is your connection times out. It is not the site. This is not the appropriate place to discuss the issue.
